  • Profile

    Julia serves as the front-line contact to direct callers and visitors for the Vice President for Student Development and Disability Services offices. Provides administrative and confidential clerical support for the office of the Vice President for Student Development and Disability Services including answering telephones, managing calendars and correspondence, maintaining electronic/paper record keeping systems and materials, tracking data concerning eligibility of students with disability accommodations, and coordinating and implementing projects and events.

      Administrative Specialist for the Richmond College Dean's Office (September 2009 - August 2013)

      • Coordinated logistics for all major programs and traditions of Richmond College.
      • Assisted the associate dean in his duties associated with new/transfer student orientation.
      • Documented attrition of Richmond College students and assisted the dean in the preparation of the official Richmond College attrition report at the end of each semester.
      • Maintained all budgets for the Richmond College Dean’s Office, including paper and electronic records.


      Administrative Coordinator for Richmond College Residence Life (September 2006 - February 2009)

      • Maintained budgets, entered and tracked database information, and maintained multiple staff schedules.
      • Provided administrative support to the three Area Coordinators and Associate Dean for Residence Life.
