Julia Kelly is the Disability Services Accessibility Specialist, serving as a campus resource for students with disabilities who need academic accommodations. She manages the Disability Services Testing Center and oversees academic accommodation determinations, case management, and faculty consultation to ensure equitable access and successful academic outcomes. Committed to inclusive programming both on and off campus, Julia also volunteers on the Special Olympics Virginia Volunteer Committee.

Assistant to the Vice President for Student Development, University of Richmond (2013 - 2021)
- Managed the calendar and event logistics for the Vice President for Student Development, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination for meetings and campus-wide events.
- Served as a member of the Student Development Leadership Team, organizing regular meeting agendas, minutes, and tracking action items across departments.
- Staffed the Student Development Board of Trustees Committee meetings, preparing and distributing reports and documentation.
- Managed the budget and website for the Office of the Vice President for Student Development, including data entry, tracking, and reporting of financial and operational information.
- Supported divisional operations by establishing and maintaining processes for effective communication, policy implementation, and operational planning.
